Chili Roasters - Chile Roasters for both individual (home use) and commercial use. Chile Roasters make Great Christmas gifts. We build them as they are ordered and our normal production schedule begins in mid April and runs through the end of November. At present we still have nearly 60 orders being manufactured, we had to find a new manufacturer... we appreciate your patience, consideration and understanding. Please, don't fret, you will get your roaster... and for being patient and understanding, we will also ship you a full sack of green chile as a bonus and thank you this year.

ULTRA M CHILE ROASTER

Built like a tank, the ULTRA M with 5 burners is destined to become our best selling roaster ever. This is the model and size preferred most for those utilizing the roaster in a Farmer's Market, or grocery store setting.

The ULTRA M weighs in at 53 lbs, and hooking up to 110 outlet the ULTRA M is more than reasonably priced and features a heavy duty, heat resistant motor and bearings for durability. The ULTRA M measures 31" tall X 43 long X 31" wide. This model is designed for anyone roasting 15 to 18 lbs at a time - bushels and less.

This beauty will roast an average of 15 - 18 pounds of chile depending on the size of the pods in an average of 8 - 10 minutes using 5 propane burners for even roasting. The barrel dimensions are 24" long, 15" wide and 15" in depth.

We are trying to get out all of our outstanding orders and some time in 2010 we will hopefully even build an inventory, but once the season heats up, look for 5 to 8 weeks or an even longer wait time. Our new production schedule is Mid Feb. - Dec. Please note, if you order outside this time frame, you will definitely experience a delay.

Because of the weight and dimensions (most shippers deem this dimensional weight) we opt to to ship via Fed Ex Cargo... saving you 40% or more in shipping costs. This roaster must be placed on a shipping pallet, therefore it must be shipped via truck.

Weighing in at 70 lbs, a ULTRA H is reasonably priced and features a hand crank .

The ULTRA H measures 31" tall X 43 long X 31" wide. This model is designed for anyone roasting 15 to 18 lbs at a time - bushels and less.
