The unique and
distinctive dip mixes bring a bit of the Southwest straight to your
kitchen! Each blend is based on rich and tasty Chipotle (chee-POAT-leh)
peppers which are jalapenos, ripened until they turn bright red then
slow-smoked over mesquite wood. Together with the addition of few other
tasty ingredients, the result is a zesty balance of smoked flavor and
heat. Just mix with sour cream and mayonnaise for a wonderful dip for
chips, crackers or vegetables. Create new varieties by adding artichoke
hearts or water chestnuts. Use the Chipotle Dip as a rub or seasoning on
beef, seafood or poultry. Rub a little olive or other oil between your
palms. Pat on beef steak, fish or poultry. Sprinkle Chipotle Dip on both
